Who We Are.

Synergy Capital’s principals have considerable experience in acquiring companies and managing them. The principals are:

Bob Cantrell – Managing Member - Bob has over 30 years experience as a CPA, CFO in industry, a consultant, and entrepreneur. His last industry experience was as a Senior Vice President, CFO, and Board Member of a $1/2 billion revenue international company.

As a consultant Bob has engaged in a number of projects that include merger and acquisition work, debt and equity placements, restructuring and turnarounds, business planning and strategy. Including his industry experience, Bob has done over $1 billion in transactions over the years.

As an entrepreneur, Bob has ownership interests, is an officer, and on the Board in seven companies with wide upside potential. In addition he is a principal in Synergy Capital which buys companies with unique investment opportunities.

Education includes a B.A. degree from Wichita State University and an Executive Program at Stanford University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been a Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC.

David Coffman – Managing Member – David has over 25 years experience as a turnaround specialist with operational CEO, COO, and CFO responsibilities, merger & acquisition consultant and participant as well as being a business owner. His functional experience includes manufacturing operations, finance, customer and vendor relations, bankruptcy, negotiations, business strategy, and sales and marketing.

David began his career with a Fortune 500 company where his talents were quickly recognized. He soon became turnaround specialists for various divisions and subsidiaries that were experiencing difficulties both in the United States and abroad. Later as an independent consultant, he continued to build on those experiences as an independent consultant.

Over the years David has successfully turned around 65 companies that were in financial trouble. During this time he has held the CEO, COO, and CFO, positions numerous times. David has worked in a number of industries including but not limited to aerospace, consumer products, high tech hardware, and real estate development.

David has also accomplished a number of merger and acquisitions on both the buy and the sell side. In some cases they were accomplished as a consultant but in a number of them David was a principal in the transaction. Over the years he now owns equity interests in a number of companies.

Education includes an Engineering degree from the University of Washington and a graduate of Procter and Gambles MBA program.
