 Becoming an Investment Partner
When Synergy Capital buys companies it invests some of its own money
and makes available the opportunity for qualified investors to invest.
We do all the homework (See What Synergy Capital Does) and supply you
all the information you need to make a decision.
In order to be an investment partner with us you must be an accredited
investor which meet one of the following qualifications.
- You must have an individual net worth, or joint net worth
with your spouse, exceeding $1 million, OR
- You must have an
individual income in excess of $200,000 in each of the most recent
two years, or joint income with your spouse in excess of $300,000
in each of those years, and have a reasonable expectation of reaching
the same income level in the current year.
